We left for John’s dad’s house and the boys pulled out their binders. We brought the binders for them to have something to do at Grandpa’s and in the car. The binders worked again! When we were leaving, we didn’t get too far down the road when Eli opened his and then fell asleep.
At Papa and Lenora’s, once it got cooler we headed to their neighborhood park. It is a very large slide that is big enough for adults to ride and climb on.
It got dark while we were there as you can tell from the pictures, but everyone enjoyed it. They even talked me into going down the big slide with Makaela. I was surprised by how fast it went. Then it was back to Papa’s, showers, and off to bed, we had a birthday the next day!
